Shipping policy

    • DUE TO WEATHER USPS IS EXPERIENCING UNPRECEDENTED DELAYS 
    • Shipping rates are calculated by the shipping carrier selected, based on order size and shipping address provided. Your shipping rate is finalized at checkout. 

    • Orders placed are typically processed between 24-72 hours 

    • USPS is our primary shipping service for orders shipped within the U.S. Orders to Puerto Rico ship with USPS. Typically US orders take 2-4 business days for delivery.

    • For international orders, we ship via USPS. 

    • Once your order has been processed and shipped out, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. 

    • Kasheer Royalty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is misdelivered, as the recipient of the package, you are required to get in contact with the shipping carrier to file a claim. We can provide you with all the necessary information for the investigation; however, please keep in mind that this is a matter completely out of our control.
