Refund policy

We ask that you please read our return policy. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns before purchasing. 

Kasheer Royalty Boutique ONLY OFFERS STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. We do not refund back to your original method of payment. All returns mush be in its original package with tag attached. The returned item(s) must have no visible signs of being worn or altered. If we detect visible signs of wear the item will be returned to you. Returned item(s) must be shipped back no longer than 7 days after receipt date of item(s) provided by our shipping carrier. We do not offer exchanges on items due to the ongoing updates/changes of boutique selections. We do not offer returns on intimate apparel. We do not provide shipping labels. Please be sure to send your item(s) back in full accordance with our return policy:

  • Items must be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
  • Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, sleepwear, and all accessories (sunglasses, earrings, necklace, bracelet, etc.) are non-returnable.
  • All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
  • Returns are processed within 10-15 business days after your item(s) has been received back. 
  • We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering
  • shipping costs to return.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business
  • days of delivery. Please contact us through via email and provide a picture of the defective item and order number.
  • Return packages must include a tracking number. Please provide us with tracking number once item has been shipped. We ask that you ship items out within 3 days after initiating a return.
  • Any items purchased during a sale is final sale. These items cannot be returned for exchanges or store credit.
  • Kasheer Royalty is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • Kasheer Royalty does not refund shipping

Returned & Refused Packages

This can happen if an address is invalid or missing information, the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or the order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery. Returned to sender or refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge.

Kasheer Royalty Excessive Returns

Kasheer Royalty has the right to limit the amount of returns if there is a history of excessive returns, excessive history of damage, worn, missing, altered, and washed items and/or criminal activities by customers.

Damaged Items

Should you receive a damaged item(s), please take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and add the attachment to the email along with a description of the damaged item(s) and your Order Number. Once we receive your request and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome.
