Where are you located?

We are a US based online boutique.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We ship all items through USPS. We provide two shipping options, priority mail (2-4) days and express mail (1-2) days delivery time. 

Do you ship International?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

How do I place an order?

You can shop 24 hours a day via our social media stores (Instagram and Facebook) or on our website www.kasheerroyalty.com.

Can I modify/cancel my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, once your order has been processed, we are unable to cancel any order. When your order arrives, please follow exchange instructions for a store credit. To modify, if it is still early in the order process, you can contact us to find out if we can edit your ordered items or change your delivery address. 

Where is my order?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping email confirmation accompanied with a USPS tracking number to track your order.

Do you restock on items?

We will try our best to restock on bestseller items. If you need additional information, please send us an email.
